Louis S. St.Laurent II is a former Chief Assistant State Attorney for the Twentieth Judicial Circuit of
Florida and is now in private practice in Coral Springs, Florida. He is also the President and Co-Editor
of the largest French newspaper in Florida, Le Soleil de La Floride, published in Hollywood, Florida. He
served 10 years as a state prosecutor where he was responsible for some of the largest bank and land
fraud cases in Florida. During this period of time he worked closely with federal agencies and testified
before several U.S. Congressional Committees. He presently represents numerous Mobile Home Park
Associations, several of whom have a large number of French Canadians as winter residents.
